Song
So many songs have been writen since the begining of time it so hard to pick just one song, but if i had to choose it would be Justin Beibers Never say Never, because it talks about how you should never say never and overcome all odds and win i think it describes my book very well

Reading
I always loved reading even though i never found a book i enjoyed. Usually what happened was i would pick a book read the first twenty pages then quit on it because it sucked or it was boring. so with this project i realized that reading is enjoyable if u read a book the interests you. I think when i'm older i will read more because i will have nothing better to do in my hot tub :P okay i need sleep!

The dreaded Library?
I used to hate the thought of reading books, but because of this reading assignment I realized that reading is fun and actually interesting. When I hear the word library I usually think of me getting books to do a long boring report on something random. My last experience at the library was last year when I had to get books for Mr.Herrwigs Research paper. I wanted to get books on Lewis and Clark, but I couldn’t find any. So last minute I saw a Children's book on pirates and decided that’s something fun and easy to do. I like going to the library though for some reason it feels different. Now I started reading the second book of the Hunger Games Trilogy, and its turning out to be a love story sadly. Basically its kind of like twighlight.2 guys like 1 girl, Girl likes both guys but has a favorite. The good thing is that people are dying and the plot is insane with different twists along the way. I hope to finish this book in less than too weeks which I think I can do if I believe in myself :P.

I DID IT
I haven’t been updating my Blogs as frequently as I wanted, the main reason why is because I didn’t realize that I could read as fast as I did. For the first time by myself I finished a book without cheating or short cuts. I read all 377 some pages in around 13 hours, which I’m guessing to a Experienced reader like yourself might think that’s slow. It was crazy fast for me taking less that a week to read the whole book. Since I haven’t been updating like I said, I will fill you in on a summary of the book The Hunger Games.
First we are told of the story of a girl names Katniss, who is a 14 year old girl who lives in District 12. Every year they hold a live televised event called the hunger games. One boy and one girl from each of the twelve districts Participates in, which I a free for all fight too the death. For the most part the book tells us of Katniss fight in the arena and how she plans survive.
I really don’t want to say much more than that otherwise I would be giving away too much of the book. I have already started reading the second book of the trilogy call Catching Fire which tells us about Katniss life after the Hunger games. I’m already 50 pages into it and its turning out to be almost a love story, but people are still dying so I’m okay with it for now. I hope to finish this book and start reading the second book before the end of this month.

IRL(In Real Life)
I’m now really close to a hundred pages into the book and its pretty amazing. First before I tell you how this book relates to IRL events, I should tell you the general idea of the book. We are told of a risen civilization in North America , where there used to be fourteen districts ran by one government. Districts 13 and 14 rebelled against the government in hopes to gain equal right and freedom. The government acted on the rebellion by wiping out both of the districts.
To show the governments power and to send a message to the other 12 remaining districts they have an annual Live TV event called the hunger games. Each district randomly chooses one boy and one girl from the ages 13-18 to participate in the games, which is a free for all fight to the death. If one of your representatives’ win your districts get a lot of food for the next year, hence the Hunger games.
Now this kind of reminds me of the protest in Libya . Where The People are protesting there ruler Muammar al-Gaddafi. So what does Muammar Al-Gaddafi reacts to the protest? He decided that sending out military troops to kill all protesters that oppose him and don’t want him to be their leader. I think this ties into the book well.
